Cake Flavours

All of my cakes are plain Madeira, unless otherwise stated on the product info page. If you would like a specific flavour, or want to change what’s inside your cake, then please chat with me on WhatsApp. Please be aware that choosing a different flavour may increase the price of your cake. Here are the current flavours available:

  • Madeira plain sponge cake with a jam and cream filling (standard for all cakes)

  • Vanilla sponge with a jam and vanilla cream filling

  • Lemon spongecake with a lemon curd and cream filling

  • Chocolate sponge with a chocolate cream filling

  • Chocolate sponge with a chocolate fudge filling

  • Coffee cake with a coffee cream filling (walnuts optional)

  • White chocolate and raspberry with a white chocolate ganache filling

  • Strawberry sponge with a strawberry jam and cream filling

  • Carrot cake with a cream cheese filling (walnuts optional)

  • Mint chocolate chip cake with a mint chocolate fudge filling

  • American classic, peanut butter sponge with either a ham or peanut butter cream filling

  • Raspberry sponge with a raspberry jam and cream filling

  • Pistachio and rose sponge with white chocolate ganache

  • Banana sponge with a caramel filling

  • Biscoff sponge with a crunchy biscoff cream

  • Cookies and cream

  • Chocolate chip with chocolate cream

  • Cherry and almond

I do offer vegan and GF cakes for a selection of designs. Please let me know if you require your cake to be GF or vegan when ordering, using the message box or by calling, emailing or sending me a message on WhatsApp.
